Like most cases, please avoid excessive Green tea
Anything in excess can be bad for you, it is worth noting that the tannins found in both green tea can lower the absorption of folic acid, which is important if you are trying to get pregnant. It can also have an impact on iron absorption.
A lot of any one thing is usually a not so good thing. The body desires a variety. Mix up your tea choices with quality herbals.
Your health concerns are dilusional Hyponatrimia. If you develop cramps in your legs and arms, you will need lab work to check your sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium levels.

Yes and no. You could increase cardiovascular risks with excessive caffeine intake. The answer lies within your genetic makeup. If you have the AA variant of the Gene CYP1A2, rs2472300, which makes you a slow caffeine metabolizer, it is recommended to keep your caffeine intake to less than 200 mg per day. That is about 64 ounces of green tea per day. Side note I would advise you try to drink more water than tea. Thank you for your question!
