“headache”
I’ve had an ongoing headache for about a week now. It’s the worst when I sit up out of bed after waking up. It’s made me dizzy at times. Followed by flushed cheeks, chills but no fever and heart beat that feels harder but not faster.

Your symptoms of worsening headache and dizziness when standing are suggestive of dehydration. So the first thing to do is to make sure you are hydrated. Gateralde would be better than water. As well, you need to be seen by your family doctor or urgent care for evaluation of a new and persistent headache.
