“High Abs Neutrophil Cnt, High High Neutrophils, Low Lymphocytes?”

I had skin cancer removed from my nose 2 months ago with a skin graft. I am a little concerned as I have lost 25 pounds since November. I have an underactive thyroid so I have never been able to lose weight. In speaking with my dr. she ordered lab work, a cat scan, and ultrasound. No masses found. I am very tired, I just recently started having night sweats on occasion. I have never experienced that before. My Abs Neutrophil Cnt is 8.25, Neutrophils 79.3 and my Lymphocytes 13.7. My mother passed of lung cancer, my grandmother of breast and brain cancer. My aunt has a form of leukemia. Unfortunately my dr. is out of the office until the 17th. I am just curious if I should be concerned about the signs I have been having.
