I'm a 50 year old woman who was just examined for MS, and my doctor found no lesions - but I have the symptoms. How big do brain lesions need to be for them to show up on an MRI?

It’s likely that the symptoms are due to something else and you may not have MS. Could be a number of different things including vitamin deficiency.
