Curettage (deep clean) and possibly splint. Every case is different, so it's best to consult a dentist or periodontist and look at bone level on X-rays.
See your dentist to determine the cause of your weakened teeth, Have the issue/problem treated. Hopefully your teeth will become stronger.
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. You need a dentist to examine you to determine which treatment options are appropriate.

That’s a loaded question. If a tooth is loose, it’s either had bone loss, root loss, or other. That question has to be answered by your dentist after reviewing X-rays and a good exam. There are hundreds of reasons for that, most common is periodontal disease. But again, your situation should be addressed by your dentist. I assume you are not currently being seen by a dentist. So my advice is, go see a dentist to avoid further issues as teeth should not be loose.

First, you need to have a dentist find out why it’s loose If it is from periodontal disease, then it must be treated. The tooth needs to be splinted to the other teeth to take pressure off the loose one. If you grind your teeth, then you need an appliance to wear to get the pressure off the loose tooth. If it’s too far gone, then it will best taken out and replaced with an implant. See a periodontist.
