The best way to tighten your gums is to undergo periodontal therapy which may just be a simple scaling or root planing or may include gum or gingival surgery. The success of surgery is dependent upon the supporting periodontium or bone.
You would have to get a clinical examination first to determine the reason for loose gums.
The first step in periodontal (gum) healing is to have the hard deposits (tartar or calculus) professionally removed from your teeth and roots.
Loose gums indicate gum disease. Make sure your teeth are scrupulously clean. If things don’t improve get your mouth professionally cleaned to make sure you don’t have gum disease.

Good Luck,

“Loose” gums are normally due to periodontal disease. It is very important that you see a dental professional to help treat any infection present. You will likely need gum therapy.
Flossing and brushing but you need to see your dentist for appropriate care
