“How do I cope with not seeing my mother in the nursing home?”
I cannot see my 91 year old mother because of covid-19 nursing home restrictions. I am worried about her health. How do I cope with not seeing my mother in the nursing home?

Such a hard to answer question (emotionally). It breaks my heart to see that elderly patients are not able to socialize with their loved ones. I would suggest to use face time - of course, if they are able to use technology - and do it daily. If not, ask the staff if they can help her with face time. As far as their health concerns, you can always call the nurse in charge and ask about your mom's health.
Hope I have answered your question.

Possible call in to NH and see if she can talk by phone or zoom. If not, need to wait for the restriction change in the NH.
Hopefully your mother has computer access. If she does using Skype or other web based programs my be appropriate. If she only has e-mail access then e-mail frequently. If she has no computer access then establish a contact (s) in the nursing home with whom you can correspond with about her current condition.
