I am an 18 year old female. I want to know how can I get rid of red eyes without eye drops?

Protect them from sunlight and avoid getting them irritated by environmental factors
Drops that "get the red out" of your eyes can often make your eyes more red once their effect wears off. It is best to determine the cause of the redness, such as allergy, dryness, irritating contact lenses, etc. An ophthalmology evaluation can help diagnose this as well. Keep in mind that most people do not have purely white eyes... and that magazines photoshop images... so a bit of redness may be normal as well.
