How do I remove this permanently?

I got hemorrhoids from a bad strain about 6 months ago. The pain went away within a week but ever since I've noticed recently, every time I finish going to the bathroom, I can see in the mirror that there are 4 lumps that show up every time I go the washroom but disappear within 10 minutes. I'm thinking this might be some kind of "flash" hemorrhoids. I'm not sure if I already have hemorrhoids because I've experienced the itching side of hemorrhoids but not the swelling/pain/bleeding. Even if I try to put as little strain while using the trestroom, it will still appear.

Have your hemorrhoids removed via rubber band ligation
The swelling is most likely prolapsing internal hemorrhoids. These can be addressed by either rubber band ligation or sclerotherapy. Have a colorectal surgeon do a focused perianal exam. The pain and the bleeding may be an anal fissure which may require application of creams, stool softeners, fiber supplementation and sits baths.

These are likely hemorrhoids. The most important thing is to avoid straining and constipation. You may want to increase the amount of fiber in your diet or use stool softeners.
