I am a 25 year old female. I want to know how do you clean your Invisalign?

You can brush it with white vinegar but rinse thoroughly before placing in your mouth. Some use efferdent or polydent tablets.
invisalign trays can be cleaned with an effervescent denture/retainer cleaning tablet like efferdent or polident. Dissolve one tablet in a cup of warm water and soak the shells for about one hour (while you eat). Rinse off with cool water and reinsert.
First of all, cleaning is easier if they are placed into a clean mouth. Make sure you are brushing and flossing before placement and do not eat while wearing the aligners... water only. After removing the aligner, rinse with water and brush both the inside and the outside. Toothpaste is okay. Also, you can get retainer cleaner to soak the aligners in at my or any dental office.
