“How do you sleep after a thigh lift?”
I am a 31 year old female and I will have a thigh lift. How do you sleep after a thigh lift?

You may sleep flat or on your side. Sleeping is not a problem. Sitting and putting pressure on the buttock produces the most discomfort. Usually, it will take 3 to 4 weeks before sitting on a hard toilet seat is comfortable.
Unfortunately, I cannot answer this as I do not do thigh lifts. But, in general, you need to keep them more elevated as best you can. You can sleep lying down with the legs extended or bent at the knee. There will be some kind of dressing most likely such as wrap. Try to stay off your feet as much as you can.
However you’d like. Ideally on your back with your legs spread, but I don’t put any restrictions on my patients other than keeping the garment on 24/7 for 4 weeks other than garment changes or doctor visits
