I am a 21 year old male. I want to know how long after a dental cleaning can I eat?

When you get hungry
You are able to eat right away after cleaning.
That really depends on if and what type of Flouride treatment you get. A good rule of thumb is, an hour after the cleaning it you can eat normally without affecting the flouride treatment.
