Forever
Hello,

A rhinoplasty, or nose job, should be permanent, since the nose does not really age.
A nose job is forever, and the surgery is intended to create permanent changes in your nasal shape and appearance. Your face, however, including your nose, will continue to show the gradual changes of aging.
Usually forever.
A rhinoplasty lasts forever. As you age, your nose may droop a bit -- but it is a permanent change and should not need to be redone as you get older.

The results of rhinoplasty surgery takes approximately one year to see your result. Over time you may see very subtle changes, but rarely do they present issues with your nose.
A nose job, or rhinoplasty is life-long. Your face will continue to age, but the results of your rhinoplasty persist.
Should last for a lifetime, if done correctly. However, the nose, like the rest of the body, will still age proportionally and may change in appearance with time.
