Phlebologist Questions Venous doppler

How long does it take to get results from venous doppler?

I think I have a blood clot in my leg, mainly because that area on my leg is swollen. I'm going to the doctor soon, but after researching how this is diagnosed, I found out that the test they use is a venous doppler. How long would it take for me to get my results from this test?

The test should be interpreted in less than 24 hours if not the same day.
You should know right away, especially if it's positive.
Well, with regard to our facility, all results are conveyed within 24 hours. Hopefully, your local radiologists are held to the same standard.
Thank you and all the best.
The technologist who does the examination can usually provide an immediate result, while the examination is being done. This will need to be confirmed by the radiologist, however.
The ultrasound technologist can usually provide an immediate answer.
Should be virtually immediately. The technologist will know the results
