I am a 32 year old male and I have body aches. Is ibuprofen good for body aches?

Yes, but not too often.
Ibuprofen is classified as a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID) and one of its FDA approved uses is the relief of mild to moderate pain due to inflammation in the body.
It can be useful in treatment of body aches, however, try to limit use of it as excessive/long-term use can have a plethora of effects of the body.
