I am a 53 year old male. I want to know if it is normal to feel tired after a CT scan?

The short answer is no, it is not. You did receive radiation, but imaging dosages are literally orders of magnitude less than therapeutic radiation doses. If this persists or worsens, perhaps a visit to your doctor would be helpful.
