I am a 24 year old female. I wonder if it is possible to get your period first month of pregnancy?

This may occur. However, you will need a pelvic exam, pregnancy ultrasound and blood pregnancy confirmation. If the fetal heart beat can be heard, that would be an encouraging finding.

No, you can have bleeding in early pregnancy but it isn’t possible to have a period when you are pregnant.
it does happen very frequently. Sometimes a very light spotting will occur with ovulation or at the approximate time that the menses was due.
