The body has a natural immunity if we sterilize everything our bodies can not fight back.is there such thing as over sterilization?

I don’t think so
Taking too many antibiotics can kill natural bacteria in the body, which we need to stay healthy. Sterilization on the outside of the body is another story; especially with the different viruses around that some of which you can pick up on surfaces.
