“light pain in right shoulder & neck”
And light pain in upper side of right chest & beneath the shoulder & light problem in breathing. I am taking compress of hot water. What can this be?

See your primary Care physician. Cause of pain must be diagnosed before treatment can be recommended
It can be multiple things. It’s better to be seen and evaluated by a physician.
Different causes including muscles, nerve pain, need to be checked for sure by your PCP.
This could be due to a neck problem. What we call radical at pain. You might need to have MRI of the neck. Do you have also numbness in the hand? Any other joint pain?
