Dentist Questions Adult teeth

I am a 27 years old, and one my adult teeth still hasn't come in. What happens now?

One of my adult teeth still hasn't come in and I'm 27 years old. I know this is pretty abnormal, but I haven't gone to the dentist for this at all. What usually happens for this? Is this a rare thing?

A panoramic X-ray can be taken at the dentist office, it will diagnose any missing teeth or any anomaly of not having a tooth present. It also checks for any bone condition.
The lack of space that you have in your mouth is a little more complicated than just that one tooth as it is throwing off probably multiple teeth as far as their correct position period an orthodontist needs to be consulted in order to adjust the T so it begins to take its proper position, or possibly braces.
Some teeth do not form. Others erupt on an angle and get hung up on adjacent teeth. Have your dentist take an x-ray to see what is causing your problem.
There are several reasons why your permanent tooth did not come out. First, it could be congenitally missing. Second, some teeth could be impacted and still seating in bone. I will recommend to have an X-ray done and see what happened to them.
