I consume a lot of protein shakes. Will this cause problems in the future?

Being a vegetarian I drink a lot of protein shakes to supplement my running. At least 1 a day and sometimes 2. Can this cause any future problems for me?

No, I have 3-4 per day. Make sure you’re drinking lots of water too.
Usually not if done in moderation.
Should be ok. Make sure you get essential amino acids and balance carbs, protein, fat appropriately
The best thing you can do is to eat a balanced diet that includes the right food groups and variety. A healthy mix of the right foods, good protein, grilled and baked (not fried), low fat, appropriate carbs, and exercise.

Peter’s vision cleared the way for us to enjoy all foods in this day and age. I personally take a multivitamin each day. Some sources say you can only digest 15g of protein every two hours.
