I am a 37 year old female and I was diagnosed with arrhythmia. Should I worry about arrhythmia?

Depends what kind of arrhythmia. Arrhythmia is a very generic word and needs to be diagnosed, if it is from the upper or lower chambers of the heart, and how frequent. Suggest seeing an arrhythmia specialist.
