A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Time to see your ophthalmologist. You could have a Retinal disorder which causes these floating spots. The reasons for pain in the eye will also be evaluated during that visit.

It could be some type of inflammation or, less likely, infection. You should start with seeing an ophthalmologist.
These symptoms are possible with many causes. They can occur from diagnoses as unrelated as migraine, inflammation in the eye, or other intraocular problems. Hopefully it is something relatively mild but some of the possible causes could be quite serious and you should have a thorough evaluation by an ophthalmologist.
Pain around right eye: possible local eye lid infection if vision is unaffected, iritis, glaucoma, optic neuritis if vision is affected. Migraine or remote organs could cause these problems. See your doctor for a check if these symptoms persist for a week.
The spots are more concerning. It could be a retinal tear, but floaters are usually not unusual, but it should be looked at by an eye care professional. The pain could be as simple as dryness and you could try artificial tears.
