There are special tools for flossing and brushing that your dentist or orthodontist can provide for you. Also a water pic may be helpful.
Brushing, frequent use of a water pik, and using a floss threader to go under the appliances and between the teeth to floss everything from between the teeth. Rinsing with hydrogen peroxide can also assist in taking things off the braces, but does not replace everything else.
Brush, rinse, use proxabrushes. TiPi has good proxabrushes you can get on Amazon

I recommend two things for patients with braces. I recommend they come in 4 times a year for cleaning (every 3 months) and I highly recommend use of a Waterpik. Discuss Waterpik with your dental professional or orthodontist and with proper use of this much of your problem should be resolved. I hope this helps.
An oral irrigation device with mouth rinse mixed in with warm water is very efficient to use as floss is difficult to manipulate with orthodontic appliances the idea is to get rid of the plaque which can cause cavities to develop around the margins of your braces. If you're wearing braces you should have excellent hygiene to control bacteria that accumulate around the appliance between meals
This is a great question. You have probably found by now that flossing is impossible. This is the one time that I would recommend a WaterPic over floss.
There are many methods of keeping your teeth clean, two of these are Floss Threaders (found in pharmacy section of stores or oral health section of pharmacies) and Water Flossers
