Tonsil swelling question?

So just recently (the last two days or so) one of my tonsils has been swollen a bit and it seems like it gets worse. Sometimes when I eat or drink certain things. It won't hurt but it'll become more inflamed and it'll give me the feeling like something is stuck in my throat almost. Then it'll calm down after a couple of hours but will remain slightly swollen. It's only one tonsil. Again, there's no pain or really any other symptoms.

Would this possibly be tonsil stones?

Tonsil stones are white, cheesy material that normal tonsils often produce. They are of no medical significance, just something that tonsils do. Asymmetrical tonsils are common, but if you're unsure how long they've been asymmetrical, you should see an ENT physician for an exam. Most commonly it's just the way the tonsils have developed, but if it's recent onset, it can be due to underlying tumor.
Could inflammation related to irritating food substances, inflammation of tonsillitis (epithelial inclusion bodies), food particles embedded in tonsil crypt. Best to gargle repeatedly with diluted salt water or baking soda.
