“What causes colon polyps?”
When I had a colonoscopy, the technician found colon polyps. He did remove them and says I'm fine, but I'm still concerned. Why did I have them in the first place? What actually causes them?

Not sure what causes them. Most of the time they are sporadic. Sometimes they run in families. You will need follow up colonoscopies to ensure that any future polyps are removed.
