I am a 25 year old male. I have pain under my foot and its tender. What causes pain under your foot?

Depends on the origin of the foot pain. foot pain is not normal, root cause of the pain has to be diagnosed and identify and begin treatment before pain will subside. please seek local podiatrist for consult and hope you'll return to your quality of life soon.
It could be due to biomechanical issues or overuse.
The Underside of the foot has a lot of different structures depending upon the location. The heel, arch, ball of the foot all have different reasons for the pain. I would need to have more specific information to give a better answer.
