“What could the bump on my testicle be?”
I am a 30 year old male and I noticed a little bump on my left testicle. What could it be? Should I see a doctor?

This could be something as severe as testicular cancer and should be addressed urgently with your primary care provider. There are some other benign conditions but this should be urgently evaluated.

The mere fact of you asking whether you should see a doctor indicates that you should. Any lump under your skin that you do not have any idea what is is potentially malignant.
Any lump on the testicle should be evaluated immediately with a testicular sonogram. You should absolutely see a doctor and ask for that sonogram
If you noticed to have a mass or lump in her testicles, you should see your doctor and go for testicular ultrasound.
