Foods with undigestible sugars are best: prunes, kiwis, grapes. High fiber foods tend to help too.
Fruit, first cold pressed olive oil.
Please search in textbooks or on the internet for a list of high fiber foods.
Foods high in soluble and insoluble fiber.
Look up “high fiber diet” on the Internet. If no improvement in a month see your doctor.
