What foods should I eat to be healthy?

I'm 20 years old and female, and I want to start to eat healthy food. What foods must I eat to be healthy?

Clean meats and living foods.
That is a very vague question. Avoid processed foods. Avoid deli foods. Eat holistic/whole foods such as avocados, apples, raw cheese, other fruits and green leafy vegetables (Spring mix/Spinach) to start. Include berries such as blueberries, blackberries, organic strawberries and raspberries in your diet. Raw, unsalted nuts such as almonds and walnuts are excellent (only about 7 to 10 each day). Avoid soda and diet soda. Drink lots of pure water.
I work with many athletes and always start with a whole foods diet. The focus should be healthy fats (olive oil, avocado, coconut oil, full fat grass-fed or organic dairy, raw nuts/seeds, etc.), wild caught fish or quality raised meats and poultry, and vegetables for the main source of carbohydrates. Fruit can also be eaten in moderation. Try to avoid foods that come from a bag or box.
