What foods to avoid when you have dentures?

I am a 64 year old male. I want to know what foods to avoid when you have dentures?

If the dentures are made properly, you don’t have to avoid any food.
If they ate too much.
It all depends what quality teeth and dentures you have. You pretty much can eat anything you like. Sometimes if you bite on something hard, you can chip or break the denture.
Hello!

Eating with dentures can be challenging. I advise patients to try a variety of foods when eating with dentures. The trick is to chew on both sides at the same time in order to keep equal pressure on the denture while chewing. This will allow you to eat most foods without the denture rocking back and forth. So, I challenge you to try all foods and see what works for your set of dentures. Sometimes, eating on the front teeth can be challenging. For example, if you try to bite an apple or corn on the cob, the denture may want to pop loose in the back and come loose. I would try these foods at home in order to see how it goes with your set of dentures. If the denture comes loose, these may be foods you have to cut up and chew on the sides.

Avoid sticky and hard foods when you wear dentures.
