I am a 28 year old male. I was wondering what foot exercises can be done at home?

Most foot exercises can be done at home. It all depends on the condition being treated. Consult your medical professional for the proper treatment guidelines.
Stretching and standing against the wall, and stand on your foot for a few minutes or soak your feet with Epsom salt and a little white vinegar.
The best foot exercises are with an Elgin Archxerciser which can be purchased online, a lot of dancers use this to get their feet strong as the muscles in the bottom of the feet are very small and only get worked with walking.
To answer this question, I would need to do an exam to figure out why you need exercise ie. What is the source of the pain, so I can give you a specific regimen for exercise? Wrong exercises can make your pain worse or give you an entirely new pain. There are multiple conservative options that work very well. Please, make an appointment with me in my Chandler office (480) 269-7130 and I will go over all of your options. Depending on Xrays (if needed) that I can take at my office and the clinical exam, I am able to diagnose and recommend different treatment options. I recommend you have this checked as soon as you can, especially since I can usually treat this without surgery very well in just one visit with me. My office is located on Dobson Road, just north of Chandler Regional Hospital. Advanced Foot & Ankle Specialists of Arizona. Feel free to ask to be seen by me specifically and I will get you in the same day or the latest the next day. I take all insurances, please do not go off of the insurance list on this website as it is not updated yet. Mention that I have talked to you on the internet. I can also do the entire visit with you over the phone or video call as well, which most insurances cover, even if you are out of state and my staff can verify this for you when you schedule. Thank you and have a good evening.
There are numerous exercises for the foot that can be done at home. This depends on the particular medical condition you may have. You can stretch the plantar fascia, Achilles tendon, and other tendons depending on where you are having the particular issue.

You can do posterior calf and thigh stretching exercises with the knee in straight and flexed position and toe flexion exercises trying to scrunch up a towel with your toes.

Hello. It depends what you are trying to accomplish. In my opinion the most important exercise related to the foot is a good calf stretch every day. This can prevent heel pain/plantar fasciitis.

This depends on what you are trying to achieve. If strengthening is your goal, then using a TheraBand for all 4 muscle groups 3 sets x 15 reps 3x a day is a good start.
As I have said before, unless you specify what the problem/pathology is, it is difficult to explain what exercises you can do at home for the problem. But most problems do have home physical therapy/exercises that can be performed at home. Calf raises, stretches, strengthening exercises, etc.
