Would try liquid tears refresh or systane drops over the counter. Use 3-4 times a day.

I don't recommend home remedies. Eyes are too precious. You should see an ophthalmologist for this problem to eliminate anything serious.
Depends on the diagnosis. A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed.
Wash under the running water or irrigation with warm water
Watery eyes can caused by a number of conditions. Do you have allergies? Do you wear contacts? Do you notice your eyes watering after looking at a computer screen or reading for a significant amount of time?
The diagnosis can be made by a medical professional; however for most people the cause is dry eyes. When the surface of your eye is dry, your body responds by making more tears. If indeed your symptoms are from dry eyes I would not recommend any home remedies; you do not want to put anything that is not sterile in your eyes. Instead, I'd recommend over the counter artificial tears or lubricating drops to condition the surface of your eyes. Make sure not to buy drops with medicine for allergies or redness as these have compounds in them you do not need. Consider using them four times a day to treat as well as prevent dry eyes.
