What is the best cream for hyperpigmentation?

I am a 30 year old female. I want to know what is the best cream for hyperpigmentation?

Typically prescription hydroquinone-containing products are the gold standard for treating hyperpigmentation.
I like Cosmion Brightening Gel 8, especially for skin of color:

Assuming your hyperpigmentation is from melasma or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, a combination of hydroquinone, hydrocortisone, tretinoin, kojic acid, and nicotinamide might be the best option for you. This combination has worked really well for my patients.
One of the newer ingredients is cysteamine cream. I recommend applying it as a mask to unwashed face at the end of day, and washing off. In the beginning 10 minutes a day, then increasing time of exposure. The cream is thick and does not smell pleasant, but gives up to 60% improvement in 6 months. Look for about 4% concentration.
Tri-Luma.

Creams containing hydroquinone 2% are available on amazon. Prescription hydroquinone (4%) and Retin-A are more effective and prescribed by dermatologists.

In essence it really depends on the type of hyperpigmentation. If its from inflammation - post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation , can be your best ally. It will fade in due time and perhaps a cream is not necessary . If its related to hormones and sun, MELASMA, then a "bleaching" cream like hydroquinone is great as well as a mix like TRI LUMA which has hydroquinone and other agents. Some forms pigmentation can also be dealt with laser. All in all, please visit your local dermatologist or search for one near you at AAD.org , using the search for a dermatologist feature.
