Regular brushing & flossing
Different restorations on implants may require different cleaning techniques. The dentist who restored the implants could give you the best advice for your situation. Typically, brushing and water-flossing are good.
Regular or electric brush and soft piks in between.
The implants need extra care, especially with flossing to below the gums to clean, and you have to visit the dentist regularly if you have multiple implants. You should get the cleaning done with the dentist 4 times a year.
Use a brush and floss followed by an oral irrigator/water pic at right angles to the implant/tooth. Ask your dentist for further details.
