Regular sinus rhythm is the normal rhythm of the heart.
Sinus rythm (P wave followed by QRS) is the normal rythm but the rate in otherwise healthy people can be low (<60 BPM) especially for those that are athletic.
It is a regular rhythm that originates from our inherent pacemaker that we are born with. That is the sinus node which is located at the upper right portion of the right atrium
The normal rhythm of the heart is a rhythm which is also known as sinus rhythm, the impulse of which originates from site in the heart called the sinus node.
