I am a 55 year old female. I want to know which is better dentures or dental implants?

At the youthful age that you have achieved, the logical answer without a doubt is to have dental implants done. Now that has been said, dental implants and the teeth to go on top of the
implants will cost around 10 times as much as a standard denture; but you can bite into food 5 times stronger with implants compared to dentures alone. Also, the implants will help to maintain bone; whereas the denture will cause you to continue to lose bone as the denture puts pressure on the ridge causing it to resorb.

No question. Implants. All cases have their nuances, but very rarely are dentures a good option.
