I am a 48 year old male. I want to know which is better dentures or dental implants?

implants can be used to support a denture, but implants are very expensive. Implants for each individual tooth would be even more expensive. For most patients, have the teeth taken out, place the denture, and then the denture can be used to transition to implants, if needed.
For your age, I would say dental implants. More stable, more predictable and easier for you to function. And- it will be more expensive.
