Fat accumulates secondary to calorie ingestion. If you have liposuction with good results and continue to ingest way to much food (calories), you can gain this back. If you are careful with the calories after a liposuction procedure, you will be okay. The results can be permanent. READ MORE

If you can lose enough weight, then there would be no need for the liposuction. Liposuction is a good procedure properly done. However, if you have a lot of weight to lose, you may need some skin tightening after the procedure. How long does it take to recover from a lower face lift?
You have to be relatively quiet as not to cause a problem with swelling (bleeding). This means the head is elevated, chin extended, and activities minimal. The sutures will be out in 5-7 days.
