    Carefully. Washing your face is OK. If you have a cast, it should not get wet. Just do it where you are careful, mindful. You should not get the cast wet, and have common sense about this. READ MORE

    You most likely will have a cast. If so, when the cast comes off, you can get in the shower wash your face gently; soap, water, etc. READ MORE

    It is the day after the surgery, one week to take the sutures out, one month later, then only necessary for something questionable by the patient. This is, if everything is going well. READ MORE

    There is a graft placed to repair the hole. If you seek out an experienced surgeon with previous good results, you should expect 90-100 percent on the first attempt.   • What is canaloplasty surgery of ear?

    That is an unusual term, however, it probably is surgery on the ear canal. It could have a blockage that needs repair to improve hearing. The blockage can be trauma, born with it, or something getting placed in the canal inadvertently. Depending on the severity and the surgery required to fix it, it could be an out-patient procedure.     Having a facelift at 33 yrs is somewhat unusual. But, follow the directions of the doctor doing the surgery. With your head elevated after the surgery, move it side to side when sleeping. It is best not to sleep for long periods on one side of the face. If this happens, the swelling that occurs will correct with the head position corrected.     Basically, no. If you gain a lot of weight to increase the size of the breast, this is the wrong thing to do. There is more than one way to increase the breast size, but it is still surgery. READ MORE

    The scar that remains from burn therapy can be really good or minimal. If therapy has not been tried, do this first. Then there is the surgery. This involves excising the burn or improving it by partial excision. You may need a graft for closure. I would need at least a picture to accurately guide you. READ MORE

    Not much for this. Build up arm musculature and watch your weight. Surgery may be the answer. However, there can be objections to the scars. READ MORE

    Not really. You can take very good care of your skin, exercise, diet, etc. and once the skin has been stretched by being overweight, “it ain’t going back.“ This has some dependency on age.     You sleep with the head elevated. This is very important. It keeps the post-operative bleeding normal and helps to breathe. This elevation should be with pillows.     It can vary. Like what your activity is after the operation. But 6 weeks generally will do. Be careful with arm activity and keep them elevated as much as possible. It could be less depending on your activity, etc. Do what you are instructed to do. READ MORE
