“Can I take a valium 5mg while I'm on topral ER?”
I have insomnia again. Last week I went to the ER my pressure was up after not being able to sleep. I am taking topral ER now 25mg and I got insomnia again a week later.

You can but Valium is not a good sleep medication. It decreases deep and dream sleep and addicting. Poor sleep can elevate your blood pressure. Need sleep evaluation for sleep apnea as well
