Having the types of psychiatric illness you describe require face to face visits with a physician for evaluation. You need more than a board like this can supply. You need to be worked up by an allergist.
Obviously, stop using hydroxyzine! You may need epinephren(epipen) for swelling and trouble breathing , and antihistamines/and or vit. B6 for itching .If you have mental illness/autism/adhd, you have other food allergies besides corn (probably gluten and milk products and others?) and need to avoid them also.
