How to manage diplopia?
If diplopia was corrected with prisms, then it’s good. You need to get your cataract checked and see if it's progressing and causing blurry vision.

You could have posterior vitreous detachment. So, get your eyes dilated to get checked for any retinal breaks, tears, holes, or detachments.
My eyes hurt when I look to the left?
