Ice follows by cool compress, continue the antihistamine. You could add (if there are no contraindications: Allergies, kidneys issues, etc.) NSAIDS; Ibuprofen, Naprosyn, etc. Be sure you call your doctor if symptoms persist. Symptoms will improve, it might take two to seven days (average) to completely resolve.
