First, the shingles and head pain are not related. Pain from shingles is always associated with a rash. Secondly, in general, the worse the head pain, the less likely it is from a brain problem. The brain itself has no pain fibers. They operate on the brain, cut through with a scalpel with patients who are wide awake they dont feel any pain. Causes of severe head pain are migraines, neuralgia, neck problems and similar issues. Rarely an unruptured aneurysm can do that An MRI of the brain and simultaneously an MRA MR of the arteries is appropriate, but likely will be normal. Then attention to the cause of the pain and treatment should be done. Leon Rosenberg

Collagen is unlikely to help fibromyalgia or arthritis pain. Most of oral collagen is broken down in the stomach or intestines and never even gets absorbed. What might help fibromyalgia pain is a diet which avoids a group of foods called nightshades. Tomatoes, potatoes, zucchini , paprika, peppers of all sorts red peppers, green peppers, table pepper. Only 1 of these may be causing the pain. A diet that avoids all of them for 5 days, then restart 1 at a time, would tell which one is causing the pain. Then avoid just that one. Usually pain is increased within a day if it occurs Other pain relief is all by prescription. Leon Rosenberg

First of all, this is not something that could affect the brain, because it is outside of the skull. I think you need to see a dermatologist or your family doctor and decide whether it is best to remove it (a minor procedure under local anesthetic), or just leave it to go away on its own. Until you see them, cleaning it with rubbing alcohol twice or 3 times a day would be best. Leon Rosenberg

Depression in teen years is extremely common and extremely serious. Besides the suicidal thoughts , it can cause weight loss and weight gain, poor sleep, trouble with concentration. Even if you are not suicidal, a suicide hot line can be very helpful. Also finding someone you trust to talk to confidentiality is absolutely essential. Dont keep your thoughts a secret. A priest or minister, a school counselor or a sympathetic teacher can help you work through your situation and help you come up with a plan. Please dont keep this a secret.
