It may be some type of vaginitis & can be checked by your physician. The symptoms are not necessarily from an STD. I would suggest seeing your physician to be sure.

It should not cause any harm. Constipation is not unusual during pregnancy. Fluids & fiber may help also.

Lymph nodes are not uncommon. It can be the body's way to fight off viruses or infection. Maybe just get it checked by your doctor.
