It may be some type of vaginitis & can be checked by your physician. The symptoms are not necessarily from an STD. I would suggest seeing your physician to be sure.

Colace use?
It should not cause any harm. Constipation is not unusual during pregnancy. Fluids & fiber may help also.

Lymph nodes are not uncommon. It can be the body's way to fight off viruses or infection. Maybe just get it checked by your doctor.

"If you check sperm in the vagina two hours after intercourse, then most of them are immobilized," I would think could only live a short time.
