During his academic journey, obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees from New York University. Following this, he pursued medical studies at the New York Medical College, graduating in 2003. His postgraduate training included an internship and residency in emergency medicine at the Jacobi Medical Center in 2004 and 2007, respectively.
