Why do I have a fever after my flu shot?
Yes there is a side effect of having a slight fever from getting the flu shot. You can take some Tylenol to help alleviate your fevers.

Yes sunscreen can block the absorption of vitamin d. All you need is 10-20 mins of direct skin exposure to sunlight.

Can you get strep throat without tonsils?
Yes it is still possible to have strept throat infection even if the tonsils are removed.
Is my bronchitis still contagious?
No if you have complete the correct antibiotics for acute bronchitis, then you should no longer be contagious. Cough can persist up to 1 month and will eventually resolve.
Cloudy urine with strong odor- What could it be?
It can be a urinary tract infection. You should definitely see you GYN and do a urine culture. UTI in pregnancies must be treated even if you have no symptoms.
Shortness of breath
Yes feeling SOB at rest or at exertion is not usually normal for healthy individuals. Please see your doctor for full evaluation for feeling out of breath.
Why does hay fever severity fluctuate
Hay fever is related to the amount of pollen in the air. It has to do with the location you are living and the pollen count in that area. That can fluctuate every year.

Yes at 81 years old, you should be seeing a Geriatrician at least once every 6 months for check ups.

Yes physical therapy can be a better option since they combine other treatment modalities with massage therapy.
Rotator cuff tear
It depends on the MRI findings. If there is a full thickness tear, you will need surgery. If there is partial rotator cuff tear, it can be fixed with physical therapy.
