Dr. Mohanty grew up in Richmond. He graduated from the Collegiate Schools in 1984. He then earned his BA from the College of William & Mary in 1988.
Dr. Mohanty followed his BA with graduate work at Columbia University prior to matriculating at MCV/VCU School of Dentistry. Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Mohanty completed a two year hospital practice residency at MCV . He served as Chief Resident during his second year. He continues to be a part time faculty member while maintaining this practice since August, 2000.
Dr. Mohanty is an active member of the American Dental Association as well as the Academy of General Dentistry. Other pursuits include travel and golf.

If done properly and well, sealants can last anywhere between 2 and 5 years. Over time, they will wear out and/or fall out.

Any mouthrinse with fluoride is effective.

If a bone graft is done well and there are no complications, a bone graft should last a very long time, even without an implant.

A bone graft will more than likely prevent a dry socket as most bone grafts are closed thus preventing any bone exposure that can lead to dry socket.

Probably at least temporarily. In my experience, there is probably something else going on which requires a procedure such as retreatment, apicoectomy, or extraction.

Usually, OTC pain meds such as Tylenol or Motrin should help. You can take up to two tabs of one or the other every 6 to 8 hrs. If one does not work, alternate with the other.
