You would need to measure out all the different macronutrients (carbs, proteins and fats) and then divide them by the number of servings you are planning on eating, i.e., 8 oz of meat in two servings would be 4 oz meat. I know this sounds rudimentary, but you will have to measure out all the various ingredients and divide by the number of servings.

Conventional brunch meals tend to be high in carbs and fats and this may not be ideal on a daily basis (i.e., waffles, pancakes, bagels, etc.). Higher protein and veggies will provide longer satiation, so you might not be hungry until dinner time.
